MB23 moisture balance uses infrared heating without the use of glass to offer a real value up to 110 grams capacity.  The absence of glass makes it possible to use the balance with food.  Analyze percent moisture content at 0.01 gram resolution and 0.1% moisture content.  Infrared heating element is a slower process than halogen heating but is also less likely to burn the sample.
