Weigh up to 10,000 grams with the HRB-10001 from Tree. It increments 0.1 grams which is a total of 100,000 divisions! We really doubt you will find a similar model anywhere close to the price of the HRB-10001 digital balance. We couldn't offer a better value and are pleased to finally find something with these specifications that's actually affordable. Aside from a high capacity, the HRB Series includes an RS232 interface for data communications with a printer or a computer. It can perform parts counting and also features a large backlit LCD display. Calibration can be configured with various size calibration weights which are sold separately. If you do not own an external mass but have an object or a box with a known weight, you may configure the HRB-10001 to calibrate with that object or box and save yourself even more money. In order to actually calibrate the high capacity balance using this method, you will most likely need another shipping scale to verify the known weight is indeed accurate or else you risk inaccuracy.

Exchanges can be processed within 5 business days of receipt. Please call before shipping any products back to us so we can issue a Return Material Authorization Number (RMA#). You will need to place this number clearly on the return packaging. Please remember to include all contents such as promotional items, accessories, and instruction manuals that came in the original order. The buyer is responsible for freight charges when exchanging purchases. Exchanges can only be made for the same purchased model due to defects. RMA numbers expire after 20 days.
After five days you must call the manufacturer regarding the warranty.
We reserve the right to refuse to issue credit for any item that has been used, misused or damaged. We also reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of up to 25% on returns of opened, used, or damaged products.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen returned merchandise before it reaches our warehouse and signed for by one of our employees.
A purchase cannot be cancelled once it has been shipped. Undeliverable or refused shipments will be subject to a 25% restocking charge plus the cost of shipping and handling. Special orders, custom items, calibration weights and baby scales cannot be returned. All sales are final.

One of the benefit of Tree's HRB-10001 is its compact size and high weighing capacity. The price of most balances that increment 0.1 g all the way to 10,000 g can easily exceed $1000. While we would never take anything away from those other brands, Tree certainly offers the best value.
