Industrial die cast aluminum housing on the Ranger 4000 makes it a more durable option than its Ranger 3000 counterpart. It includes an NTEP approved resolution for when a legal for trade scale is required. Several application modes include Weighing, Percent Weighing, Parts Counting, Checkweighing, Checkcounting, Checkpercent, Accumulation, and Dynamic Weighing/Display Hold. It comes with an AC adapter and has a rechargeable battery that can run up to 100 hours continuously with a 12 hour recharge time. A single RS232 port is included with an option to install a second port. That second port can be either RS232, USB or Ethernet.
