Each Ohaus Valor 3000 compact food scale has user adjustable stability, filtering and auto zero settings allowing V31X3 to operate in drafty and unstable environments.

Ohaus utilized clean sheet design and focused on offering the most durable and portable portion control scale available. Valor 3000 Xtreme Series is highest precision weighing scale in its class with complete stainless steel housing and platform. If you require IP65 rated protection, there are 3 washdown models available. The fact that they feature IP65/NEMA 4 protection means they are water resistant and protected from dust particles.

Please Note: V31X3 compact scale does not feature this protection.

Ohaus Valor 3000 Xtreme series is loaded with software specifically designed for simple use and maximum throughput.

Application modes include:

Percentage Weighing – Great for compounding, mixing ingredients and formulation
allowing users to compare the weight of a sample as the percentage of a reference weight. This allows for quick food portioning and checking of multiple samples against a target weight and for quickly preparing multiple samples of the same size. Valor 3000 Xtreme can automatically compute Baker’s Percentages, eliminating guesswork and speeding operation.

Specific Gravity Determination – Perfect for rapidly and easily determining specific gravity of a sample without the need for manual calculations. Not only can this be critical in materials testing, it is also useful for checking aeration of mixes for food processing and food service applications.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're unsatisfied with your purchase, please call the Customer Service Department at 603-782-8599 to facilitate an exchange due to manufacturer defect.

Exchanges can be processed within 5 business days of receipt. Please call before shipping any products back to us so we can issue a Return Material Authorization Number (RMA#). You will need to place this number clearly on the return packaging. Please remember to include all contents such as promotional items, accessories, and instruction manuals that came in the original order. The buyer is responsible for freight charges when exchanging purchases. Exchanges can only be made for the same purchased model due to defects. RMA numbers expire after 20 days.

After five days you must call the manufacturer regarding the warranty.

We reserve the right to refuse to issue credit for any item that has been used, misused or damaged. We also reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of up to 25% on returns of opened, used, or damaged products.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen returned merchandise before it reaches our warehouse and signed for by one of our employees.

A purchase cannot be cancelled once it has been shipped. Undeliverable or refused shipments will be subject to a 25% restocking charge plus the cost of shipping and handling. Special orders, custom items, calibration weights and baby scales cannot be returned. All sales are final.
