Tree HRB600 is a precision balance that weighs up to 600 grams in increments of 0.01 grams. It comes equipped with an all glass draft shield which has 3 sliding doors. This provides more stability in all sorts of environments that may ordinarily affect the balance's sensitivity. Level bubble and adjustable leveling feet ensure the precision scale is positioned properly and able to perform at its best. Calibrating the Tree HRB balance is easy to do and recommended when you initially set up the balance at its location. It is always wise to recalibrate anytime the precision balance is moved to another destination to ensure accuracy at all times. HRB Series operates on batteries or an included AC adapter. When you need portability simply install batteries and use the balance anywhere, but if you require continuous use, you may operate the balance nonstop with the power adapter. Tree HRB balance includes an array of features that come standard at an incredible price. Connect the scale to a computer or printer by utilizing the RS232 interface (serial cables and data transfer software not included). The in-use cover protects the keypad from any possible damage during the weighing process. Another great attribute to the HRB is its multiple weighing units. Not only does it determine the weight in 16 different units, but its easy to toggle from one unit to the next. If you are currently weighing in grams, toggle over to ounces and read the weight in oz. Other brands sometimes require you to set up the units you want to toggle between and limit you to just a couple. With Tree balances, you get all of them, unless of course you decide to disable certain units. If you know you will never weigh in carats or grains, follow a simple procedure that disables them so when you toggle through units you don't have to pass through it every time. Standard Features:

Exchanges can be processed within 5 business days of receipt. Please call before shipping any products back to us so we can issue a Return Material Authorization Number (RMA#). You will need to place this number clearly on the return packaging. Please remember to include all contents such as promotional items, accessories, and instruction manuals that came in the original order. The buyer is responsible for freight charges when exchanging purchases. Exchanges can only be made for the same purchased model due to defects. RMA numbers expire after 20 days.
After five days you must call the manufacturer regarding the warranty.
We reserve the right to refuse to issue credit for any item that has been used, misused or damaged. We also reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of up to 25% on returns of opened, used, or damaged products.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen returned merchandise before it reaches our warehouse and signed for by one of our employees.
A purchase cannot be cancelled once it has been shipped. Undeliverable or refused shipments will be subject to a 25% restocking charge plus the cost of shipping and handling. Special orders, custom items, calibration weights and baby scales cannot be returned. All sales are final.
